** spoiler alert ** My favorite book in the trilogy. It ended the way it should have, I think. What a crazy few weeks Chloe had, but in the end, it worked out about as well as it could have. At least, in the end, she and Derek got together. I always thought those moments of closeness between the two of them were so sweet. I especially loved the scene with them in the woods once Derek was able to fully change. It was cute, seeing him adjust to changing into a wolf and the very last scene of the book. Ah, young love.

I liked the references to the Pack from Armstrong's Women of the Otherwold series as well. Can't help but wonder if the Pack will ever catch up to Derek. He is a mutt, after all. Not allowed to put down roots or claim territory. Though, it seems like the group will be on the run for a long, long time. I'd love to see a years later book or two. Just to see how things turn out for them and to find out if Kit tells Tori the truth about her father.

I really enjoyed this series. I got seriously addicted and read two of the books in one day.
