I really enjoyed this book for the most part. I found the story very interesting, though I can't honestly say I knew what was going on the whole time. It was a bit hard to get into with all the choppiness and scene changes but it got easier once everyone was all together. I really liked the glimpses of other people's stories at the beginning of each chapter. Each character had their own unique story that I didn't get bored with them. There was so much conflict that it really seemed like nobody was ever happy despite their triumphs. It just goes to show you that winning and being in control will not make you perfectly happy because perfection is unatainable. There will always be more to want and more to gain.
