I really enjoyed this exploration of how technology is changing the way mass media explore stories. I am not a gamer so the background of video games history, and how games are combining with movies was fascinating. I enjoyed how Rose explored many experiments in this new way of story-telling, both those that succeeded like Avatar, and those that did not. Digital technology is creating immersive experience, but we are still exploring what that means. No Star Trek holodecks yet!

A big thanks to Erika Heald for the recommendation.
