really liked it
bookshelves: cooking, food-for-thought, greening, non-fiction
Read in August, 2008

The Author of 'The Omnivore's Dilemma' continues his thoughts on food, now discussing, if we shouldn't eat all the crap he went into in Omnivore, what exactly should we be eating?

He sets out the entire point of his book on the first line of it: 'Eat Food, Not too much, mostly plants' and works from there. There's a lot of repeat information but also enough new ideas, explored tangents that he didn't go into before, etc. to make it worth reading.

I recommend. Also, it's short. I read it in about 2 days and I am not a fast reader by any means. Enjoy!
