it was ok
bookshelves: on-writing, bored-so-bored, dissappointed, hate-the-cover, meh, partly-read, please-be-over-soon, wake-me-up-when-it-gets-good
Read from September 26 to 30, 2016

I liked Hugo's honest approach and his attitude to teaching; that each student must find their own voice and style.
But... There were too many places where I felt like Hugo went off on some irrelevant (to me anyway) tangent, rambling on and on about pointless (to me anyway) something(s) and I had to skim through those parts to get to the final page.
