All of the recipes I've made so far have been delicious, and for those most part, they're pretty simple to veganize, as well. For example, I made the peanut butter cake with a no-soy homemade vegan butter and egg replacer, topped with the peanut butter cream cheese frosting (using the same vegan butter and storebought tofu "cream cheese"), and it was to-die-for.
