Read in August, 2008

Murakami, who I love, whose magical realistic novels make me feel as though I am reading in a dream, gives readers a runner's-eye-view of preparation for and participation in marathon-running and (in the best parts) how it relates to life and writing. Great for runners and Haruki Murakami devotees, otherwise pass it up.
