As always, I love Faith Erin Hicks' artwork. Her drawings are strong and graphic, but still emotional and evocative. I probably liked this story less than Hicks' own stories, but it was still entertaining, and worth a read. Jenna and Lucas, two underachieving kids who constantly disappoint their parents, unexpectedly receive scholarships to attend a fancy summer camp for smart kids. When they arrive, they soon discover that the other kids at camp are slowing turning into mindless zombie-like brainiacs, capable of intelligent thought and talented performances, but without having control over their minds any longer. Jenna and Lucas fight back, sneaking around trying to figure out what's going on. It's not until they allow themselves to become infected that they are able to put everything together and come out with a solution to save themselves and everyone else.
