Great story twist with 2 sisters, Alli and Tessa. Tessa was the older, beautiful one destined to be a model and when she was a teen she feel in love with the boy next door, Sam. Alli is the younger sister, who first 'stole' Sam but they had a baby and have been married for 9 yrs. Their grandma, Phoebe has basically raised the girls since they parents died a long time ago. Their family tradtion starts out when Phoebe and the girls' grandfather, John look for pearls in the water in Oregon. For years they have found one every year around the Fourth of July holiday and Phoebe and John's anniversary! Phoebe has a stroke and remembers when her John was alive and all the good memories to go with it. Phoebe's friend and childhood first love, William wants her to come back and get well and marry him. Phoebe pleads with her granddaughters to finally get along and find the pearl.

Great storyline with a twist of choices in life and matters of the heart. Amazing how a complicated trio can resolve the situation and become friends and true sisters again by opening up their hearts and minds.
