I have been reading Ludlum from The Ostermann Weekend up to the present. It seems like his talent and writing have slowly diminished until now, he merely trademarks Bourne and lets others actually do the writing. This particular tome is part fantasy, part science fiction, and all schlock. There is very little that is even remotely believable about this tale or the Jason Bourne character. As semi-believable as Matt Damon is in title part in the movies, this character is more McGiver than Bourne. I recommend that my friends who might read this review save themselves the money and the agony of trying to injest this book.
