Fascinating look at Islam--it's history and how it currently functions. The author compares what he calls "puritan" (or what I would consider radical) Islam and moderate Islam and how they came to be so different. His point of view was obviously that of a moderate Muslim but I found it to be very informative as well as pointed out the things that I am in common as a Christian with Muslims.
