Their strange set of lingo is just so irritating. But the story is too compelling to let that get in my nerves. Unfortunately though, it's been two books, but I'm still irritated. And it's the same with the last book, Extras (which irritated me because it didn't really continue Tally and David's relationship). Shay made me really hate her halfway in the book, but during the final stretch of adventure, she made up for my growing hate for her since the first book.
I'm quite disappointed on how the love triangle wrapped up. I expected Zane to die, but I didn't like how Tally had kept on blabbing about how she loves Zane, which doesn't seem real to me. She even struggled in forgetting David in the second book, and even though she's brain damaged, that's not an excuse for her to be sick of how the person she "loves" had become. After all, it's her brain that's damaged not her heart.
