it was amazing

In this Spring, the Spring of the Ladies, I am growing reverent. This book dawned on me. It came together like the beach under a rising sun. The characters became familiar, the style came into what it was trying to do all along and retroactively earned my awe and appreciation. When stories end on lines like "'Well that's fine,' her mother said. 'I somewhat feel like a brand new bitch.'" and I recognize that I like those lines I feel like I'm living the correct time and living the appropriate life. I feel like I'm doing things in the correct way when I get to read a book like this. And Amelia Gray, you are writing for people like me, and I don't want that to make you upset. It's a good thing. Also, this was on the front ePage of Yahoo! News: "Jennifer Love Hewitt was surprised to see her cleavage altered on a poster for her new show." Happy 2012, you old Building and Loan!
