I did like this book. It was interesting to see how one person's actions get misconstrued and grow into the huge media frenzy. I think that happens all the time in our media crazy society. In the book nobody really listened or tried to find out the real story~everyone just believed what they wanted to believe or what was advantageous to them.

I liked that the book showed the motives behind each charaters' actions and showed how one person could set into motion an avalanche with huge repercussions.

The main character was not super likable, though, and didn't seem to connect with anybody, family, friends, or teacher. The book alluded to "problems at home" altthough it did't really explain too much about the problems. Because of this, I gave it a 3, although I wavered between a 3 and a 4.
