It was fun to read this book and be reminded that no matter how grumpy I get, my life really doesn't actually suck. No, there are thousands of little things that happen every day that can brighten my outlook, if I just take a minute to look around and notice them. One thing Neil Pasricha forgot to include though... Finding a book that just makes you smile and take a minute to appreciate the little things... That's just AWESOME!

My personal faves in this book:
- seeing a cop and realizing you're going speed limit
- the sound of scissors cutting construction paper
- the final seconds of untangling a really big knot
- the feeling of scrunching sand in your feet
- hearing a stranger fart in public
- frozen walls of air con hitting you on hot days
- snow stepping
- a long hug when you really need it
- dangling your feet in water
- using Q-tips how you're not supposed to use them
- the head massage you get at the hairdresser
- the laugh echo

This is another book to be read over an extended period of time. It's just too much awesomeness to absorb when read all at once.
