Lots of information in here not just about Dylan's death, but his life as well. The writer is wholly biased toward Dylan and against those around him at the time of his death, without even considering that they might have been honestly mistaken -- not knowing anything about them, I can't say whether that's accurate, but he certainly condemns them roundly. The book isn't quite as sensational as the title makes it sound: neglect and medical mess-ups, along with alcohol, poor diet and poor lifestyle, killed Dylan Thomas, not any direct decision to kill him. Still, it does sound as if he could have lived longer, if people had helped him.

Wonder if he'd be as famous if he had lived.
