This is a pretty extensive biography of the author EB White, and focuses mainly on his journey writing Charlotte's Web.

It has many interesting stories about White, and the author does a nice job of telling the story, and includes many details which are obviously the result of a ton of research. We also get a small glimpse of Garth Williams, who illustrated Charlotte's Web, and many others.

As biographies go, I thought this was good. I recommend it if you like White's books, and want to find out more about him. There are also some interesting tidbits about his book.
