The book “Where is the big red Doggie” is a good poem book. The book is about finding Clifford. Each page has two sentences and then a rhetorical question asking where Clifford is. The girl looks at the tree but can’t find him, she looks at the carnival and behind the truck but can’t find him there either. At the end she finds him behind her house. The age range for this book is nursery because it is a really easy book to read and understand. This book is a board book and I like how it is cut in Clifford’s shape. Also the pages are very colorful and laminated. The colors are very bright and the words are big enough to read. I would recommend this book to any parent to read it to their child because the child will learn new words, verbs and have fun looking at the pictures. I really liked this book.
