This is a very general introduction to careers in environmental law, including researching, writing, investigation, politics and activism. Fairly short, it begins with the need for laws and regulations and proceeds to describe possible career opportunities. Very colorful, lots of photographs and sidebars, and career profiles by professionals in the various fields. Also includes glossary, websites for further information and an index. Not really suitable for a career research project - specific information about potential salary and specific educational requirements are not included, but it is a very good introduction to the many fields that may need workers. Recommended for gr. 6-12.
Note: photograph on p. 58 is described as a coal-fueled power plant, but it appears to be a nuclear plant.
