An alternate view of everything that happened in Beastly, but this time from Lindy's eyes a la The Princess Diaries style.

I wasn't too sure what to expect considering after having read it from Kyle's perspective, you've already formed an image of Lindy from how he sees her, unafraid, accepting & strong. This book clearly showed that she was well, just an ordinary teenage girl like everyone of us. Constantly thinking about her one high school crush, afraid of what might go wrong, always thinking about herself first.

Despite that, there were its funny moments.

Now, in my room, I envision some “deleted scenes” version of our story playing out. In it, I tell Adrian I love him. Our eyes meet. Then, our lips. I take his hand and lead him upstairs. I tell him I’ll never leave him. I mean it.

If this was a DVD, I’d love that alternate ending.

Of course if you can't sit through pages and pages of diary entries, there's always the last entry that answers the 'Where are they now?' question.
