liked it

** spoiler alert ** I finished this story about vampires and an extraordinary gene carried by women that could cure vampires and and felt... eh. There were some thing I liked about this novel, including the hero Delano. But there were just as many things I didn't like. For me this entire book was a wave of up and downs. Love the beginning and the relationship building, didn't like the back and forth. Loved the idea that only women from a certain bloodline carried this gene and was so rare, but hated that it created the need to have a baby and give it away. However, between Delano, his right hand man Eli and all the fun medical lingo, I give it a thumps up.

As you know, I love me some vampires, and this was no different!
