One could describe Miriam Black as a Lisbeth Salander type, but much funnier. Oh, and she can tell you when you are going to die, too.

Miriam rightly feels that she is cursed. Everytime she makes physical contact with people, she sees how death will claim them. Naturally, this "talent" makes Miriam a tad twitchy. From previous experiences, she knows that the future cannot be changed.

Or can it?

Miriam meets a kind trucker on the road, and, of course, see his death, which will happen in 30 days...and it will be Miriam's fault this time. As she races to save his life, Miriam will find out once and for all whether Fate will always win the game of life or
