When a friend recommended this book to me, I thought it would be a typical pop psychology book. Wrong! Excellent science. And absolutely fascinating. I've already create a device described in the book to rehab my left hand, which I injured almost two years ago. The doctors have told me nothing can be done to help. We'll see!
