I am not actually reading this entire book yet--- but I have read the 'Kindle'-preview ---and I spent some time twice reading this book while in the book store ---

I took some notes and read more about the author ---(I'm impressed with detail information he is talking about)----

He will be speaking in Palo Alto this Friday night ($20 a ticket). Connie Chug interviewed him on the news ---(I missed it) ---and I can't go this Friday night, either ---but this book has some important new information about preventative health. He even has a personal 'check in on your own health' quiz in the book and on his website (can be printed).

I plan to read the book from start to finish later ---right now I'm just picking 'tips' from the book ---as I have several other books to finish for 'date' deadines....lol---(I hope our local book club picks it for our next non-fiction read) ----

but I feel this book is important enough ---(from things I've read so far) to want to print it --for those who don't know of it yet --who are interested in this topic!
