Read from April 16 to May 01, 2012

Occasionally, at the end of the book, I'll realize that it's perfect, that all its perceived flaws were building up to a spectacular ending and that there's an entire layer of the book to discover if I were to read it again. Life of Pi is one of those books -- a book that leaves me with more questions than answers, a book with an unexpected ending (but not one of those annoying "narrator is delusional" kind of twists), a book I want to talk about. What a pleasure!

Lenega Love this book. Bought a beautiful illustrated copy when I was in India.

Kellyann That's how I felt about Catch-22. Maybe I'll give Life of Pi another try . . .
