When I finished Davis Bunn's 1st Marc Royce book Lion of Babylon I was super thrilled to learn that he would be writing a sequel. Now, after finally getting an opportunity to read "Rare Earth" I can honestly say that the book totally met and far exceeded my expectations and excitement!
I was especially thankful that such an amazing and action-packed story was written and published as such a clean read. Thank you! I look forward to reading Davis Bunn's next book.
When Marc Royce arrives in Nairobi, Kenya on a mission for the United States government, he lands with only a few scant directives to guide his steps. As his mission begins to unfold before his and the reader's eyes, it becomes clear that the case is far more infectious and far-reaching that it first appeared. Who can he trust in this strange land? and who will learn to trust him - the stranger?
To the backdrop of an angry African volcano and the oppressive Kenyan heat, Marc must search for dangerous answers and revive a hopeless people before an evil force destroys them all.
I received a complimentary copy of “Rare Earth” from Bethany House Publishers in exchange for my review. I was not required to write a positive review, these thoughts and opinions are my own.
