it was amazing

Amy Manemann knows how to spin an interesting tale, with characters so real I felt I took on a new life, especially in the case of Taci Andrews, an investigative reporter who certainly knew how to put herself into dangerous situations.

I was interested in trying to find a teenage girl who appeared to have gone missing, though it was debatable whether she ran away. As the story unfolded, I was amazed at the actual turn of events and even more surprised by the ending. I thought, for sure, I had figured out the outcome but the author gave me a surprise, instead.
