it was amazing
Read from February 05 to 06, 2012 , read count: 1

I got this as a free Kindle selection and read it on a cruise. It was a beautiful story of a slave and the baby she wet-nursed on a plantation. The love between the two was extraordinary. As the baby grew up and learned what it meant to have slaves; she was almost destroyed when her beloved caretaker had to run for her life. It was a good story which kept my interest. It only took me one day to read.
