Number 12 in the Mitch Rapp series by Vince Flynn. This book again takes us back to the early days of Rapp's career in the CIA. He completed his training and has been working in the field for a year killing terrorists. Mitch is in Paris to kill the man who is officially the current oil minister of Libya, but has a long terrorist history. Mitch kills the minister, but it turns out to have been a trap - Mitch is wounded, and goes on the run.

This story has all the usual elements expected from Vince Flynn/Mitch Rapp - action, political intrigue, betrayal, and romance. This is not the best of the Rapp series, but considering the author's health problems, that is probably to be expected, and it is good enough.
