personally, when i read the blurb, i thought, 'WTH', but i thought, fine, might as well give it a try and i'm so glad i did, because i absolutely loved it!
fair enough, even at the beginning i dreaded the coming of a ghost and the fact that she was so hung up over Josh, but as the story carried on, i got more hooked into it and couldn't put it down.

it had such a variety of genres and themes in it, amazing. it wasn't the typical girl falls in love with guy and vice versa. personally i found it annoying how Lara was so hung up over Josh and I was quite surprised when she started having chemistry with 'Ed' (and i didn't like his name either, but can't have everything perfect), i dunno, i thought she'd get with the police guy at the beginning, but then he didn't come back into the picture till later. co=z you know, usually the heroine, dies over the sight of the main guy...so yh, that was different and original (just like the whole ghost plot the deceiving best friend and evil uncle)

oh an it's sooo funny as well, i loved sadie's character, she's so funny, may be a bit annoying, but she just grows on you you know.

anyways i think this is a brilliant book totally worthwhile the read and that sophie kinsella is absolutely awesome for having thought of it.
