Enjoyed this book but not quite as much as "The Prize" which was more about the oil industry of the early 20th century. This book is about energy in general: oil, natural gas, wind, sun, conservation, etc. It concentrates on the last of the 20th century and the first 11 years of the 21st. A very good collection of the relevant information with out dogmatic opinions. From someone who worked in the industry and has followed it closely, I thought the information to be well thought out and mostly right on as far as can be known at this time. As with most non fiction, if the topic, energy, is boring to you then the book would be a real drag!
