Morgan You have to tell me what you think about this book!

Maureen I am really liking it so far! I am not a reader of histories, but this one is really interesting, especially with all of the quotes from the chiefs, etc. It makes it seem much more recent, whereas before it always seemed to me to be so long ago that no one knew what was said and no one remembered any names. It reminds me of our lovely trip to the Native American Museum with the sweet $20 Navajo Taco lunches...

I actually picked the book up for $1 at the Red Cross book sale at the caught my eye because I remember you telling me about it a few times, so I thought I'd check it out. So props to you!

message 3: by Brooke (new)

Brooke I loved this movie as a kid. My kids are too soft-hearted to watch it now though.
