I enjoyed Trust In Me much more than Keep Me Safe. Skye Warren is a great writer and I look forward to reading many more titles by her. Yes, this book is dark - VERY dark! - but there is a realistic feel to it. I would describe this book as more of a thriller than erotica though. Whereas Keep Me Safe seemed to focus on the over-the-top sex scene, Trust In Me focuses moreso on the brutality of Mia's life and the conditions any woman might find herself in when at the mercy of sex slave traders. Tyler was a good hero but the strength of the story comes primarily from Mia who endures much to free a cargo of women who have recently been acquired for the purpose of human trafficking.

Very intriguing story that I would recommend to those who enjoy thrillers with a bit of edge to them. Be warned though, the humiliation and abuse Mia endures at the hands of Carlos is very extreme!
