Really fascinating. The plot was fresh and totally unpredictable. The writing was engaging and lushly descriptive - I was blown away by how vividly the author could describe scents (horrid and fabulous alike) and literally make me smell exactly what he described. Incredible. I especially loved the description of a baby's smell. Who knew the nose was such a powerful and deceptive thing? Frankly, this was amazing and a fabulous read.
