** spoiler alert ** It was my least favorite book of the series. I understand that the series has its formula, which can have its enjoyable moments, but by this point, every story is starting to blend together. In this story, Decker and Dani, the hero and heroine, spent entirely too much time being alternately frustrating and annoying. Dani and her sister are kidnapped by an insane rogue vampire, and Dani is saved while they spend the rest of the book trying to get her sister back. That they were boinking all over creation while her sister was missing just turned me off and frankly, it was difficult to finish. Even if you like this series, this is one to skip.

Yeah she was. The earlier books were much better.
