This is one of those stories that made you feel like you were right there when things were unfolding. This was a gut-wrenching story about a group of friends who decided to climb Mt. Averest. This is a true story that scared me half to death. What happens on that mountain is unspeakable, but Jon managed to tell the story the way it happened to him and his friends.

I read this several years ago for my book club, and I probably would have passed it up, but once I read it, I was so glad I didn't. This was an outstanding book. I guarantee you, you will be on an emotional roller coaster ride with this one.
