Seduce your step-mother in order to rob her? No. No. No. No. No. No. Nooooo. Nonononono. No.

I need to look up blurbs and reviews before I start reading these e-books. I get a little ways in and I start to get suspicious... something isn't right here. And I don't mean hints that somebody is hiding something. Somebody is always hiding something. But I mean like, suspicious activity or thoughts that make me think one of the characters is so messed up that their behavior should only be enjoyed in the thriller/mystery genre.

This is icky for me, so I'm shutting it down. I can't even find it in me to put it on the 'last-resorts' shelf for when the reckoning comes and YA is the only genre anyone will publish ever again.
