really liked it

This book reminds me of a George Orwell novel, since the main character casts off a life of conformity over the course of the book in order to pursue his own purpose. I first read it when I was in sixth grade and I don't think I was mature enough to fully understand the novel at the time. However, when I read it again in ninth grade it made much more sense. It's very dark and a bit satirical, although the story unfolds in an interesting way.
