This was my first true audiobook experience...and I loved it! At least, this particular one. The story was interesting enough (very 'Harry Potter' in vibe): 4 stars. But I would give vocal performer Rupert Degas 5 stars, no question. He brought each and every character to life with such unique voices. I will never read future books in this series without hearing Degas' character voices in my head - they were PERFECT, especially for Skulduggery. And he also brought the humor to life with his performance - I literally chuckled out loud more than a time or two. I'm sad that this audiobook will not be playing in my car come Monday...
