I assumed 'real' here would mean beginners, or non-athletic women. Instead, it means 'plus-sized'. I am not the target audience, but it's pretty useful if you skip over the tips.

The book does list three ways of chaining the moves together to create routines, but these assume that you have 30, 60, or 90 minutes of free time available.
