Perfect book for a long plane ride, or if you're killing on the metro. It's fast-paced, meaning the chapters are short. The prose is clunky and awkward, but there are explosions and people getting shot and stuff.

The story is pure action/adventure. John Puller is your quintessential good guy, with a mysterious past and stoic demeanor. He's single-focused on catching the bad guys. Baldacci could have done more with the guy, if he put more time into it.

Again, definitely get it for the cross-country flight. That's about it.
