really liked it

Interesting stuff.

Correlation != causation, but it makes a good case for inequality as the cause of a great many social ills, from physical and mental health, to education, trust of each other and political institutions, crime, and opportunity (ex if you're born in a poor family, through hard work you become rich). Wilkinson comes from the health fields, so his health correlation is the strongest (and there was one thing...can't remember now, where he actually proved causation, not correlation, but I am getting old and alzheimery).

Wraps up with a section describing various remedies that can be pursued to reduce inequality, and it is *not* all income redistribution.
