It was an interesting observation of people's characters. I am a foreigner living in Germany, too, and although I am not cleaning lady I wanted to compare my and Justyna's experience with the Germans. I guess that what Justyna writes applies not only to the Germans but to every nation. Of course, as a cleaning lady you meet very different people, but as a teacher I meet very different people too, and could write a book about it as well:)
Perhaps I have expected more about her experience with people, about funny or sad examples of her work. What I got was a little too much autobiography and, to my liking, at the beginning the book was much too chaotic. And there was too much explanations why did she write this book, why did she become a cleaning lady, as if she wanted to excuse herself. No need for this.
But all in all it was an easy and in more parts an interesting reading.
