it was amazing

Ok...I realize this genre is not for everyone. But I am seriously interested in where our food comes from, how corrupt the food industry is and that most people are ignorant as to the variety of species that are out there and how limited we are by not exploring our gardening horizons. But really....I was shocked that only 1% of the population ever experiences the variety of fruits and vegetables that could be available to us. Barbara Kingsolver's poetic style of writing invites the reader. "Murder of vegetables" I am purging my house of all non-renewable resource enhanced foods. Chips, popcorn, breads, salad dressings....etc...the list goes on and please read the labels. This is a "Don't Miss" and I don't give 5 stars!
