I decided to read this book because of the new show featuring Chelsea as Sloane (her older sister).

Basically, this is a collection a stories from different (key?) points in Chelsea's life that help to demonstrate who she is. The range from the age of 12, when she started her own babysitting business in Cape may, to the age of 30 or so, when she goes on vacation with her father, her friend, and her friends mother. Each chapter could easily stand by itself as a short story and you could definitely read them in any order you choose. Reading them all together serves to give you an idea of who Chelsea is and how she came to be who is she is today.

It was a quick read, and I finished it over two days, but it's easily a book that can be read in a day without interruptions. What I liked about it was the quick wit and flowing storyline. Many times I laughed out loud.
