this book is, for me, is amazing. it explains so much. some of the insight are common and profound. but, i guess so are most commonsense things. its amazing how you see things when someone point it out: like the sky is blue, clouds are white, but not always.

Most of us have family and 'friends" who..." unconsciously try to control other by putting them in no-win situations, creating chaos that no ones else can figure out, or accusing others of trying to control them."
