it was amazing
bookshelves: lit-fic
Read from November 24 to 28, 2011 — I own a copy , read count: 1

I loved this book! From the first page, I was completely hooked! The way the story unfolds, it is a terrific literary mystery. The Gypsy angle is fascinating, and the characters are all well drawn out - especially considering the bulk of the P.O.V. is masculine, and quite convincingly done by the talented female writer.
There were a few points where the chronology did not quite seem to match up, but as far as flaws go, this is a fairly minor one and didn't slow me down much at all. It was one of those books where even after I reached the last page, I didn't want it to end. I really wanted to keep reading this! I just loved it! I haven't read her first book, but after finishing this one, I definitely plan on going back and reading it - as well as any future works she publishes.
