Alisa's review
Regeneration
by Pat Barker
Alisa, if you enjoyed any of the Regeration trilogy, then I commend to you Sebastian Faulks. Of his books on the Great War (or as the French say,"'14-'18") and WW II, my favorites are "Birdsong" and "Charlotte Gray." For me, "The Girl at the Lion d'Or" is an almost but not quite situation, compared to those two. You may well disagree, and it is worth a look.

Somewhere along the way I forgot to add this one. I'm having a real European Wars kick, it seems. No wonder I can't sleep at night.
