I probably should have read this rather than done it on audio. I had a hard time staying focused on the story just listening to it. I'm sure if I'd been paying closer attention I would have liked it better so that is my fault, not the fault of the book. It was interesting though to learn more about Juana the Mad (who most likely wasn't mad at all, just got a bum rap and was unlucky enough to have power mad men in her life). I liked learning about Katherine of Aragon as more of an individual instead of the way I have more typically heard of her as "the wife of Henry VIII."
