Extremely fascinating book that I would recommend to everyone. This is NOT a book that tells you to exercise more and eat your veggies. He touches on those subjects, but the very fundamental idea of the book is that your body is a finely tuned system and there are ways to keep that going to prevent illness from occurring and taking you out. He is advocating medical prevention and intervention that is tailored to you and your genetic makeup, and he highly recommends that you get genetic testing done to see what problems you are really at risk for in your life and should concentrate on. Interesting tidbits include:

*Don't take supplements/vitamins - it can kill you.
*Wear comfortable shoes.
*Keep a regular routine with sleep, eating, and exercise.
*Take aspirin to avoid cancer.
*Don't have babies less than 3 years apart to decrease autism risks.
*Look at study participants to see if they are like you, otherwise the study may have no meaning for you.
